LIVING/KITCHEN AREA After a fun-filled beach day, relax in the open concept living room/kitchen area where you can watch a movie or your favorite show on the smart TV with pre-loaded channel apps. Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the kitchen, equipped with a full-size appliances. When it’s time to eat gather at the table for two.
BEDROOM & BATH This second-floor apartment/condo comfortably sleeps up to two adults. Bedroom, furnished with a queen sized bed that has a new pillow top mattress and hotel quality linens. There is also a smart TV so that you can snuggle up in bed and enjoy your favorite shows and movies. The well-appointed bathroom is configured with a full tub/shower.

Nearby attractions include John’s Pass (a boardwalk and shopping area), Alligator Attraction, a wildlife learning center, and the Pirate Ship Royal Conquest (a pirate-themed boat offering daily sailing excursions for the whole family). Golf opportunities and multiple marinas are also available within a 2-mile radius. We are located just a few short steps from famous Dockside Dave’s, they are well known for their mouthwatering grouper, jumbo onion rings and famous key lime pie, they are a local favorite!
***We supply starter toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels and dish detergent, if additional items are needed during your stay there are several stores within close proximity that you are able to purchase supplies.
Your reservation includes 1 free assigned parking space, additional spaces may be available upon request for a fee of $25 per day .
Any guests that are not listed on the reservation are allowable with host permission and a $20 per day fee for each additional guest..
