Check-in time is 3:00 pm, Check-out time is 11:00 am
ALL SMOKING IS PROHIBITED INSIDE/SMOKING AND VAPING ARE PERMITTED OUTSIDE WITH DOORS AND WINDOWS CLOSED. A $150 fee will be added for smoking inside.
***We supply starter toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels and dish detergent, if additional items are needed during your stay there are several stores within close proximity that you are able to purchase supplies.
Your reservation includes 1 free assigned parking space, additional spaces may be available upon request for a fee of $25 per day .
Any guests that are not listed on the reservation are allowable with host permission and a $20 per day fee for each additional guest.
At our discretion, we reserve the right to non-refundable deposit.
Hurricane season: We are open for business unless there is a mandatory evacuation for the area issued by Pinellas County Emergency Services. In event of a mandatory evacuation a full refund of deposit will be issued

Owner and host are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of guests. Owner and host are not responsible for any environmental hazards beyond our control including bad weather and second-hand smoke.
